How to Create and View Support Tickets

You can submit your request to support, and our Support Team will update you using the email address specified during the ticket submission. We provide 24/7 support via Live Chat and the Ticket System. We treat customers' requests with the highest priority and provide equal support for all our customers.

To view or open a new ticket:

  2. Once logged in, click on Support.
  3. You will be taken to a page where you can view Active Tickets and Closed Tickets. On this page, you can click the "Open New Ticket" button to submit a ticket.
