When you contact SkyWebHosting support, we may need to validate your account before discussing account-specific details or assisting you with your support inquiry. To validate you as the account holder, we may ask you for your Support PIN.
The Support PIN is a unique 6-digit code assigned to your account for 24 hours after you log in.
To get your Support PIN, mouse over the Support button at the top of the page and click on the Support PIN to either copy the current PIN or generate a new one.
